Read the Bible in 90 Days

Read the Bible in 90 Days

Although it is important to take a passage of Scripture and study line by line, verse by verse, and word by word, it is also vital that we do not miss the big picture of the Bible. From Genesis to Revelation, a divine Story is intricately woven.

Sometimes we need to step back and read the Story as a book. Start at the beginning and trace development of the Gospel from the creation to the fall of man to Israel's wandering to the prophets to Jesus to the apostles to the foretelling of the Second Coming. It all revolves around the Gospel, and it is important to see how the whole story comes together and points to Jesus.

I recommend that Christians take the time (and dedication) to sit down and try to read through the whole Bible once in awhile. I mean, honestly, it cannot be done in a day! But surely with a little extra time and perseverance, we can get through it in 90 days...

I put together a little plan for reading the Bible in 90 days for me to do and decided to share it with you all as well! Let me know in the comments if you use it (just click and save the picture to your camera roll or your Pinterest to use - you can even print it from your phone!) and then come back and comment when you finish! That way we can see how long it *actually* takes us... haha

Remember to give yourself grace, but try to build a habit of spending extra time in the Word. I promise, you will only reap blessings from it.

A great pairing for this study would be our digital download tracker called the "Books of the Bible Tracker." This tracker can be printed out or used on your iPad to track your progress as you read through the Bible! Click here to shop.
