Product Return Policy

Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to us via email at with your order number, name, and reasons for requesting a return or an exchange for your return request to be processed as soon as possible. We try to answer in 24 hours; however, in busy seasons, it may be up to 72 hours until you receive a response.

Generally, items must be shipped back at the buyer's expense to be returned and processed. Once we get the return, we will refund or replace your order. At this point, a refund for the product will be issued or a replacement item sent.

Please reach out to us before sending the product back, so that we can arrange refund payment, replacement, etc. We would be happy to help you with your refund, and we apologize that you weren't 100% satisfied with your order.
